Industry-Leading Compensation
Due to labor shortages, we are paying top dollar for experienced professionals and most of our senior techs earn substantially more than $100k annually. Flat hourly rates are as follows:

A Tech - $27.50/hr
B Tech - 23.50/hr
Paint Flat Rate
A Tech - $25/hr
B Tech - $20/hr
Frame Flat Rate
A Tech - $35/hr
B Tech - $30/hr
Structural Flat Rate
A Tech - $35/hr
B Tech - $30/hr
Mechanical Flat Rate
A Tech - $40/hr
B Tech - $35/hr
Admin
Compensation negotiable based on role and experience.
